Therefore, we have long prioritized affordability for our patients and take great pride in offering competitive pricing and the industry’s most transparent pricing structure. We also offer comprehensive patient financing options to help ease that burden.

Pricing is per vial.

6 Months FREE – with purchase of 3 or more vials
1 Year FREE – with purchase of 5 or more vials
2 Years FREE – with purchase of 10 or more vials

Because each journey is both unique, we also offer several shipping options for our patients. All shipments are also accompanied by our SSB Prododuct Promise.

*Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii can take up to 3 business days for deliveries outside of Anchorage or Honolulu.

The default tank type for all orders is a 1-week tank, unless otherwise specified. We do offer a 2-week tank option on all deliveries, help keep vials cold for a longer period of time.

The charge for a 2-week tank is $50, in addition to the shipping cost.

SSB utilizes FedEx and UPS as the couriers for customer orders, with the following courier shipment commitment times:

• Standard (2 Business Day) Residential Address | 8:00 PM
• Overnight (Next Business Day) Business/Clinic Address | 10:30 AM
• Overnight (Next Business Day) Residential Address | 12:00 PM

If your order needs to arrive before 5:00pm, a 1 business day.Overnight deliver must be placed.

NOTE: The courier shipping commitment times listed are stated by the courier (and thus are not guaranteed by SSB). Courier commitment times vary by region for Saturday deliveries, ranging from 10:30am – 5:00 pm.

• The ‘Business Day’ for all couriers ends at 12:00pm PST, 3:00pm EST. All orders received after 12:00pm PST will be shipped the following Business Day. Standard shipping within the United States is two business days, Monday to Friday. No standard shipments are delivered on Saturdays or Sundays. Overnight shipping is available to some domestic locations for an additional fee, but overnight shipping is not guaranteed by our carriers UPS and FedEx.
• Plan to have your package arrive 2-3 business days prior to your expected insemination. This will minimize your risk of missing your cycle due to early ovulation, or unexpected Shipping delays.
• Please note that our Shipping department is closed on weekends, and observes most US Federal holidays in accordance with our couriers.
• All mandatory paperwork must be completed prior to your order being shipped. No exceptions. This will minimize your risk of your order being delayed because the necessary forms were not on file.
• All Residential or Home deliveries require a Clinic Release to be completed by your licensed medical practitioner and returned to us prior to shipment.
• Ship early – Plan Ahead. Our shipping tanks hold the specimens frozen for 7 days (up to 14 days for residential deliveries, based on availability), so early shipments are strongly encouraged. SSB will not be held responsible for any monetary loss associated with shipping delays, missing procedures, including the cost of fertility medications.
• Important notes to consider when placing your shipping order: Standard 2 business day deliveries are estimated to arrive by 4:30pm, local time of the delivery address. If your order needs to arrive before 4:30pm, a 1 business day/Overnight delivery must be placed. Pricing for Overnight shipping is listed above on this page.
• Return of Shipping Tank – All tanks are to be shipped back as soon as all vials have been removed from the cryotank. This is to ensure that SSB maintains a healthy rotation of tanks to fulfill all of our clients’ orders. It is the responsibility of the patient to return the tank back to SSB as soon as possible. Hold time for the tanks will be included with each shipment. Lost or non-returned tanks will be charged to the patient, at the cost of replacing the tank. Current tank value is $1,000.
• All sales are final. For any exchanges or cancellations, please see the buyback policy. Any changes to the shipment need to be made in writing at least 1 business day prior to the scheduled shipment date.
